Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) announced an amendment to its licensing agreement with eBay. iPIX provides eBay's photo hosting service on the auction site and provides imaging solutions and Rimfire photo hosting-yechnology used by many eBay sellers. The agreement was set to expire on September 30, 2003.
iPIX and eBay have amended the current commercial agreement to include a perpetual non-exclusive license to the Rimfire imaging technology and addresses additional potential consideration for certain other transition activities and contingencies. The amendment was filed today by iPIX in a Form 8-K.
