eBay will issue credits to eBay storeowners because of a week-long glitch affecting items in certain categories. eBay's Store Search was not indexing properly, causing some items to be unavailable in eBay Stores.
eBay has fixed the problem, and sellers with affected Store items received an email with a description of the problem and details about the credits they will be issued. We are aware of one seller who received an email from eBay informing him he will receive a refund of 25% of his Store Subscription fee for the month in 5-10 business days. No action is required on the Storeowners part, according to the email.
