eBay announced a week-long Home Page Featured sale on the U.S. site beginning on Thursday, July 17th, 2003 between 00:00:01 PDT (12:00 AM plus one second) and running through Wednesday, July 23rd, 2003 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
During the promotion, a Single Quantity Listing will drop from $99.95 to $29.95. A Multiple Quantity Listing will drop from $199.95 to $59.95. The promotion includes Auction-Style, Fixed Price, and Real Estate listings. Listings in eBay Motors, International, Live Auction, Professional Services and Store Inventory listings are not included in the promotion.
All other fees (including Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Buy It Now, Highlight, Gallery Featured, Featured Plus!, Listing Designer, Gift Services, Bold, Reserve, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to July 17, 2003, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period, July 17-23, 2003 but scheduled to start after July 23, 2003.
