eBay announced Tuesday that End-of-Auction (EOA) notices are not being sent properly for items relisted since August 12. The company said it identified the problem, and that it may take several days for all of the backlogged emails to be sent. Bidders can verify whether they were successful by checking their "My eBay" account (click the My eBay box at the top of almost every eBay page).
The company's Announcement Board also reported Tuesday that some of PayPal's Winning Buyer Notification emails were being delayed or not sent at all.
