eBay said it will give users the ability to combine multiple purchases into a single payment in a few weeks. Sellers will have the option of sending a single combined invoice for multiple items purchased by a buyer. This applies to sellers who have checkout turned on. Sellers will also have the ability to set automatic shipping discounts for buyers who purchase multiple items, giving them an incentive to buy more from them.
Buyers will have the option of sending a single combined payment for multiple items purchased from a seller within the last 30 days from the same eBay site and in the same currency.
