The Salt Lake Tribune reports that a federal grand jury has handed up a new indictment against Russell Dana Smith, aka John Leary, in a case of eBay fraud. Smith allegedly scammed eBay buyers out of $1 million dollars selling under the eBay ID "LiquidationUniverse." Smith has been held since June on federal charges including misuse of a social security number.
