eBay Holds Workshops on Safe Shopping & PayPal Buyer Protection Program

eBay is holding workshops this week on safe shopping and the new PayPal Buyer Protection Program. As previously announced, PayPal's protection plan will launch today (Tuesday) and will provide protection when buying from certain qualified sellers. The PayPal Buyer Protection workshop will take place Wednesday, October 15 at 3 pm PDT. Rob Chestnut, eBay's Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and head of its Rules Trust & Safety department, will host the workshop with the PayPal team.

The "eBay Shopping: Safely and Securely" workshop will be held today (October 14) at 2pm PDT. Jim "Griff" Griffith, eBay's Dean of Education, will share tips on how to trade with confidence, satisfaction and security.
