In August, PayPal reported that Winning Buyer Notification emails for eBay transactions were delayed or not going out at all. Since some sellers are still complaining about problems surrounding these notifications, AuctionBytes asked PayPal's spokesperson Amanda Pires for an update.
Pires said Winning Buyer Notifications are working fine auctions and have been working fine. PayPal is currently fixing Winning Buyer Notifications for Buy-It-Now items. And she said Winning Buyer Notifications do not work for "end item early," and PayPal is trying to address this issue.
