PayPal reported an outage on its site for several hours Monday. Some users attempting to log in between 6:01 and 6:32 PST experienced error messages. And users were unable to access the PayPal site between 7:40 to 9:55. No explanation was given for the outage, but the eBay announcement board said the issue was resolved.
