eBay is holding a promotion for its sellers. Sellers who use its Home Page Featured option on auctions between November 19 and December 31, 2003 will receive 60% off on the cost of the feature. The price to be featured on the eBay home page during the promotion is $39.95 (or $79.95 for multiple quanitity listings). The promotion only applies to auction-style, fixed-price and real-estate listings – see promo page for more information. All other fees apply, including listing fees and final value fees.

eBay also announced two changes on eBay Motors that impact the display of information during bidding. The reserve price, which can be lowered multiple times, will no longer be revealed on the item listing page. The second change will impact the display of max/proxy bids on items with reserve prices. See eBay's Marketing Announcement Board for more information.
