eBay's Picture Services Experiences Glitch

eBay said some images hosted by eBay Picture Services on items listed with Turbo Lister or Seller Assistant from Wednesday at approximately 17:00 PST until Thursday at 15:00 PST failed to upload. eBay has resolved the root cause of this issue, and new items with EPS images are now listing properly with these tools. eBay shoppers rely on images to make bidding decisions, yet eBay's announcement made no offer of refunds for auctions affected.

eBay's advice to users: "On items that were impacted: If there are no bids and if there are more than 12 hours remaining on the listing, sellers may wish to add the image(s) by revising the item. If there are bids on the item or there are less than 12 hours remaining, sellers can not revise, but can choose to end the listing early and relist it."
