eBay sellers can now issue "Second Chance Offers" to all non-winning bidders, up to the number of items available to sell. This applies when the seller has more than one of the originally listed item but didn’t run a multi-quantity listing. Second Chance Offers had previously been limited to a single bidder when the winning bidder failed to purchase the item.

eBay is adding a "filmstrip" category selector to the Select Category page of the Sell Your Item form. This will allow sellers to select their first and second categories on the same page.

eBay also said it will soon roll out changes that will allow sellers to add optional listing upgrades, such as Bold, to their listings, even if the listing is already running on the site.
