John Daniels has put Web site OperationIraqiFreedom.com up for auction for $1 million on eBay.
"The OperationIraqiFreedom.com Web site has been online for almost a year now and visited millions of times. I am spending too much of my time maintaining the website instead of helping those who need it," said John Daniels. "I am also offering my consulting services to whomever the winning bidder is to ensure that the virtual real estate is used properly, and maximized to it's fullest possible extent."
Mr. Daniels plans to use the proceeds from the sale of the Web site as working capital to build a Web-based charity portal OperationIraqiFreedom.org.
"OperationIraqiFreedom.org will be a legitimate site and organization that features reviews, news, and links to reputable online charities to which individuals can make donations," said Daniels. The portal will match donors to soldiers and their families so that interested parties can make direct donations to help the needy families pay their bills.
