eBay will hold a 1-day promotion for listings on the U.S. and Canadian sites and on eBay Motors for non-vehicles listings on March 23. Items listed on eBay.com and eBay.ca will have a listing fee of no greater than 50 cents during the 1-day promotion. In addition, eBay UK will hold a Free Listing Day on eBay Motors in the UK (http://www.ebaymotors.co.uk) on March 25, 2004. All other fees apply and there are certain exclusions.
