eBay said sellers may now offer shipping discounts for buyers who purchase multiple items from them. Sellers may also specify a combined shipping cost based on the total order from the buyer. For instance, eBay's announcement stated, a seller could set a shipping discount like the following: "Get free shipping for orders over $50." These discounts will also be more visible on the Item page to better inform buyers that they can save on shipping by purchasing more items from that seller.

eBay also said a Beta version of "My eBay 2.0" is now available. Sellers using eBay tools Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro will not be able to access the beta version until early May. Because it is a Beta (test) version, users who encounter any issues can switch back to the current version of My eBay. NOTE: Some early users were having problems, read the posts on the discussion forum before trying out this test version:
