eBay will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 24, 2004, at 8:00 a.m. Central time at The Hilton New Orleans Riverside, Steering Room, Two Poydras Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70140. Shareholders will elect three directors, vote on amendments to eBay's 1999 Global Equity Incentive Plan, vote to increase shares of common stock, and consider a stockholder proposal regarding stock option expensing, among other business. eBay kicks off its annual user conference in New Orleans the same day.

In other news, eBay said this week it will roll out several new features to its Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro software (http://pages.ebay.com/selling_manager/preview), and in two weeks will introduce Item Specifics to additional Consumer Electronics categories (DVD Players & Recorders, Home Speakers and Home Theater in a Box).
