ProPay, an online credit card processor and prepaid card provider for small businesses and sole proprietors, announced record first quarter year-over-year revenue growth of 85 percent.

ProPay also announced that Bradley Wilkes has decided to step down as president and board member. "I have decided, after seven years as an officer and director of ProPay, to resign to spend more time with my family and pursue some other interests," said Wilkes. "I plan to remain as an advisor to ProPay."

CEO Gary Goodrich has been named president, and the company also added Nicholas W. Baxter to its board of directors and Cynthia M. Smith as executive vice president for operations.

ProPay serves small businesses and professionals, including telephone processing for mobile businesses and auction functionality for eBay users. ProPay is a privately held company headquartered in Orem, Utah.
