NuMarkets announced it has reached a definitive franchise agreement with S&B Management Company to launch 5 new Selling and Shipping Centers in northern Georgia, including the first 8,500 sq. ft. NuMarkets Super Center located at 1462 US Hwy 41 N Resaca, Georgia.
NuMarkets also said it would begin developing national relationships with retailers and manufacturers for returned and excess goods. "NuMarkets will franchise and launch regional NuMarkets Super Centers designed to process tractor trailer loads of returns and excess goods in our fast cycle & sell logistics centers," said Russ Grove, President & CEO of NuMarkets.

QuikDrop International announced that Robert Horton has been granted area development rights to open 24 QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores in the Greater Atlanta, Georgia area. "Rob has invaluable customer service experience from his years of managing worldwide provisioning at Hewlett Packard," says Murray Mead, President of QuikDrop International. QuikDrop said nine locations are currently open in six states.

AuctionDrop announced the appointment of Walt Blum to Vice President of Production Operations. Blum will oversee the day-to-day operations and processing of all sellers' inbound products, which involves receiving, testing, photography, listing and order fulfillment. Blum previously served as vice president of operations at RedEnvelope.
