AppMail, Inc. announced that Rajiv Dutta, eBay's CFO, has joined its advisory board. Rajiv serves eBay as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has served in that capacity since January 2001. From August 1999 to January 2001, Mr. Dutta served as eBay's Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. From July 1998 to August 1999, Mr. Dutta served as eBay's Finance director. From February 1998 to July 1998, Mr. Dutta served as the World Wide Sales Controller of KLA-Tencor. Prior to KLA-Tencor, Mr. Dutta spent ten years, from January 1988 to February 1998, at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of life science and diagnostic products with operations in over 24 countries.
Rajiv joins Naren Gupta, Vice-Chair, Windriver, Nasdaq, WIND, Chris Wong, EVP, Agile Software, Nasdaq, AGIL, Peter Weinbach, Managing Partner, Yankee Hill Capital and Ankesh Kumar, CEO AppMail on the Board. AppMail is a software company dedicated to the development of a new breed of software that leverages structured e-mail (AppMail's) to automate business processes currently done manually or through email.
