On July 12, eBay changed its Non-Paying Buyer procedure and renamed it "Unpaid Items." The process allows sellers to get credits for commission fees on transactions in which buyers fail to pay sellers.
eBay announced Wednesday that shortly after it launched the new system, it noticed two issues that needed to be fixed for the process to work as designed. eBay said it believe both of those have been resolved.
