eBay Canada reported that the new "Border" feature was launched last week briefly on eBay.ca, and due to technical reasons had to be pulled down. It reports that for those sellers that took advantage of the promotional feature, it will issue credits within the next few days.

Border is an optional feature upgrade that provides a purple-colored outline to listings visible on the Search and Listings page designed to help sellers increase exposure to their eBay listings. The feature costs $3 per listing on the U.S. site.
