eBay will be make minor changes to the Item Specifics in the Cell Phones and PDAs categories. Included will be changes to the "features" field in both categories to keep the Item Specifics updated.

eBay said it has introduced new features in eBay Stores that give Store-owners more control over the appearance of their Stores. Store-owners can now rearrange the order of Store Custom Categories; choose from 10 new Store themes; feature items or lists of items on Store Custom Pages; and use special tags in HTML on Custom Pages to display items, feedback, Store search box, and more.

eBay UK announced a required change to its credit-card transaction processing on July 30, 2004, will result in eBay being able to accept only GBP, EUR and USD credit card payments from registered sellers on the eBay UK site. eBay UK will change all ebay.co.uk users whose account currently uses a billing currency other than one of those supported to British Pounds, before July 30, 2004. eBay UK said unless users want to change their billing preferences at the eBay.co.uk site, there is no further action needed.

eBay said it previously announced Distances Sort and Filter feature has been fully introduced to the site. The feature allows buyers to sort and filter their search and listing results by distance from their ZIP code, replacing previous Region search. Buyers with current Saved Searches that have regions associated with them will need to update it.
