eBay Adds Item Specifics to Home & Garden Category
eBay said it will introduce "Item Specifics" in a number of areas within the Home & Garden category. Item Specifics is a way for buyers to search by product attribute. eBay will add attributes like Color, Material, Style, Threadcount and Pattern to the Sheets, Decorative Pillows, Bedspreads, Candles, Home Fragrances, Table Lamps, Floor Lamps, Chandeliers, Ceiling Fans and Valances categories. The changes will be rolled out in the next few weeks.

eBay Adds Rich Text Editor to "About Me" Description Page
eBay has made some improvements to its "About Me" pages where members are allowed to create pages about themselves. eBay added a Rich Text Editor for formatting content, and said it shortened the number of steps necessary for creating an About Me page. Users can vew About Me pages by clicking on the "Me" icon next to an eBay User ID.
