A Microsoft upgrade to the Windows XP platform called Windows XP SP2 is causing "a few issues" with two eBay Products. eBay announced the upgrade affected eBay Toolbar and eBay's Enhanced Picture Services. Some of the Toolbar features are not working, and XP users may not use eBay's Enhanced Picture Services, though they are able to access eBay's Basic Picture Services. eBay said it is working to address the issues.
