eBay UK is holding a sale on seller listing fees. All basic listing fees for items listed in Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk will be 10p on Thursday August 26, 2004. Auction-style, Dutch (multiple items), auction-with-Buy It Now (BIN) and Fixed-Price (BIN) formats are all included in this promotion.

The promotion page links to a "survey" in which eBay asks sellers for feedback about seller tools in order to recommend a service. It seems to recommend services based on volume of sales. It recommends the eBay Sell Your Item form for low-volume sellers, its own tools for mid-range sellers, and Marketworks and Andale tools if selling more than 250 items/month.
