eBay Releases New Version of Its Toolbar

After announcing its toolbar had a few "issues" with Windows XP upgrades, eBay launched a new version of the toolbar that it said resolves the potential issues. eBay announced on August 13 that a Microsoft upgrade to the Windows XP platform, called Windows XP SP2, was causing "a few issues" with eBay Toolbar and eBay's Enhanced Picture Services.
