Reading AuctionBytes: eBay CFO Joins Board at Wireless Entertainment Publisher

JAMDAT Mobile Inc. announced that eBay CFO Rajiv Dutta will join the company's Board of Directors upon completion of its planned initial public offering. JAMDAT publishes original entertainment for wireless platforms including mobile phones, PDAs and Pocket PCs.

As Chief Financial Officer for eBay, Dutta oversees financial planning, investor relations and finance support for all business operations. Dutta joined eBay as Finance Director in July 1998 then served as eBay's Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations from August 1999 to January 2001 before becoming Chief Financial Officer in January 2001. Dutta holds a B.A. degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University in India and an M.B.A. degree from the Drucker School of Management.
