AuctionDrop appointed Paul Vaillancourt to Vice President of Customer Service. Vaillancourt's goal is to replicate the high-touch experience available at AuctionDrop's original store locations to the more than 3,400 The UPS Store locations nationwide that now serve as AuctionDrop drop-off centers. http://www.auctiondrop.com
Snappy Auctions opened an eBay drop-off center in Atlanta at 3228-A Roswell Road near the intersection of Roswell and Peachtree in the Buckhead community. Co-owners Damon Mushrush, Travis Jones and Michael Holt plan to open six more locations in the Atlanta area in the next six months. Snappy Auctions opened its first store in Nashville in October 2003 and began franchising in 2004. http://www.snappyauctions.com

QuikDrop International granted Kevin Frye rights to open 16 QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores in parts of Ohio and Indiana. QuikDrop also granted Susan Mell development rights to open 24 QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores in areas including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Meyers and Naples. The first QuikDrop retail store will open in Tampa this December. And QuikDrop granted Brian Collins, James Posca and Chris Maragos area development rights to open 34 QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores in parts of Pennsylvania and Ohio.
