For regular auction-style and Fixed Price Parts and Accessories listings, the insertion fee will be capped at $0.50 for all items with a starting price above $9.99 on the U.S. Motors site. All insertion fees less than $0.50 will still be charged at the normal rate. All other fees apply. The promotional rate does not apply for eBay Motors vehicle listings.
