PayPal Update: The PayPal site hiccuped again on Monday morning for nearly an hour. And eBay posted Monday night that, "PayPal will be undergoing scheduled special maintenance tonight from 23:00 PT to 00:30 PT. During this period the PayPal site may be intermittent or unavailable to users."
