eBay announced that a number of UK members reported problems with their Direct Debit payments. UK eBay sellers have said their Direct Debit payments have been incorrectly declined and an associated Direct Debit return fee of 5 pounds charged to their eBay seller account.
eBay apologized for the inconvenience and posted that they "assure you that we are working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. All incorrect charges will be refunded to affected users and we will ensure that all accounts remain current and in good standing."
