Overstock.com announced the winner of its $50K auction network contest. Brandon Dupsky, president of Sell2All Inc., a company that has been selling on eBay for more than six years, won the contest. Dupsky, with the aid of fifteen Sell2All employees, built a personal and business auction network of 14,500 people on Overstock.com Auctions. The Overstock.com Auctions contest, which ran from the site's launch on September 24 through October 31, offered $50,000 as a challenge to registered users to build the biggest auction network. "Since we originated the concept of an auction network, we created this contest to encourage people to try it and see what impact it has on their auction buying and selling experience," said Holly MacDonald-Korth, vice president of Overstock.com Auctions.
