AERS Inc. launched Version 2 of its Terapeak research tool for eBay sellers. Using Terapeak, eBay sellers can research up-to-the-minute prices and demand for items sold on eBay.

AuctionBytes reviewed Terapeak Version 1 last month (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abu/y204/m10/abu0128/s03). AERS CEO Anthony Sukow said Version 2 offers a whole new user interface. The company also updated the search technology to do 30-days' history, and Version 2 offers 30-day keyword trending. This allows users to view daily data, like total number of items, side-by-side in graphs. This makes trends easier to identify, Sukow said.

Terapeak participates in eBay's data licensing program, giving it access to eBay's closed auction data. Terapeak licenses 16 of eBay's 32 categories.

Terapeak Lite costs $9.95 per month and Terapeak Research Complete costs $16.95 per month.
