The features on sale are Homepage Featured (normally $39.95), Featured Plus (normally $19.95), Border (normally $3) and Subtitle (normally 50 cents). The promotion applies to eBay.com, eBay Canada and eBay Motors for non-vehicle listings and runs November 16 – 17. All other fees apply, see Web site for details and restrictions.
