eBay will give sellers a free "Buy It Now" upgrade when they specify they ship internationally while listing an auction-style listing. The promotion applies to auction-style listings on eBay.com and the non-vehicles categories on eBay Motors on Tuesday. eBay is also holding a free-listing day promotion for car sellers in the UK on Thursday, November 25. Sellers must list vehicles in Pounds Sterling on eBay.co.uk and will save the usual 6-pound listing fee.
