GoAntiques announced it is the first provider of arts, antiques and collectibles on Bob Vila's Web site, accessible under the "Shop Smart Buys" tab on the home page. Bob Vila is a well-known authority on home improvement, and GoAntiques merchandise availability is designed to complement the home-decorating category on BobVila.com
GoAntiques is an online mall where merchants set up "stores" to sell their items. GoAntiques will offer its inventory of more than 300,000 arts, antiques and collectibles to BobVila.com visitors, said Jim Kamnikar, president and chief executive officer of GoAntiques.
GoAntiques.com joins Sears, Frontgate, Bose and a host of other merchandisers selling products and services to 2 million monthly visitors on the Bob Vila website.
Site visitors wanting to purchase merchandise must register at the GoAntiques.com site.
