Ethical Technologies has hired LaMonte M. Fowler as the Chief Operating Officer. Fowler is a veteran of Evity, Inc., which was acquired by BMC Software in 2000 for $100M. He brings more than 16 years of technical and business experience to Ethical and will be responsible for product development, marketing, business development, and the day-to-day operations of the business.

Ethical launched its first ecommerce management tools for eBay sellers in October. Additional tools are set to be launched over the next quarter.
