eBay Glitch Has Sellers Asking Questions

eBay sellers are reporting that the auction site's "Ask the Seller a Question" feature is failing to reference listing numbers in the email. When they receive the email from the potential bidder sent through the eBay email system, some sellers are not certain which item the bidder is referencing.
Some sellers are also reporting a glitch affecting their ability to receive Final-Value-Fee credits for Unpaid Items from non-paying bidders.
eBay did maintenance to the "My eBay" feature of the site on Saturday; on Sunday morning, the company posted a message on the Systems Announcement board that users might be experiencing a delay before information related to their eBay activity (such as listing items or watching items) that appears in My eBay.
