Terapeak announced the launch of an eBay shopping tool that connects shoppers to deals on eBay. The free online tool leverages market data from the company's database of closed auction listings to compare prices and return the best bargains to users searching the system. The company claims the average shopper can save 10% – 15% off items available online by shopping with the Terapeak engine.
"Buyers love this tool," said Anthony Sukow, CEO. "It enhances the online shopping experience by connecting consumers with the best deals on eBay."
The free service can be found at http://www.terapeak.com/buy. The search links people to actual listings from eBay from which the user can instantly make a bid or purchase.
Terapeak is an eBay certified solutions provider and is one of the first companies to participate in eBay's data licensing program. The company also offers a paid tool that helps eBay sellers research data to show them what categories are hot and how they can improve their selling practices to increase sales and average selling prices.
