AuctionContact.net Adds eBay Feed to Email Service

AuctionContact.net has added a free RSS service for its eBay sellers. Customers can receive instant notification of newly listed items from their favorite sellers by signing up for their RSS feeds, which is the same type of feed used by many bloggers to syndicate their content. Sellers can set up multiple feeds of their eBay listings from which customers can choose.

AuctionContact also said it recently introduced a free level to its email marketing service. The service is fully featured but limits sellers to a maximum of 20 subscribers. When sellers reach 20 subscribers they can remain at that level or upgrade to the paid level.

Another new feature is "Subscriber Keywords" which enables subscribers to enter keywords (much like in eBay search box) and receive newsletters from that seller which will only include items that match those keywords.

AuctionContact founder Alex Stankovic said, "This feature is great for sellers that sell wide variety of products since it enables them to target newsletters to each subscriber's interests."
