eBay Runs 2-Day Sale on 'Border' Optional Upgrade

eBay is running a sale on the "Border" feature. For two days, February 9 - 10, using border on auctions will cost 25 cents. The optional upgrade results in a purple-colored Border being placed around a listing on search and listings pages to differentiate and draw attention to the item. Normally Border costs $3 (and normally costs $4 for eBay Motors Vehicles listings).
During the 2-day promotion, Border will be 25 cents for all listings on the U.S., Canadian and eBay Motors (for both vehicles and non-vehicles listings) sites. "For auction-style, Fixed Price, Ad Format (for those that will run for less than or equal to 30 days), and Motors listings, the fee for Border will be $0.25. This promotion will not apply to International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Stores Inventory listings."
