ChannelAdvisor Corporation has hired Ralph Kasuba as its new Vice President of Engineering and has announced senior management changes designed to accelerate its business strategy. ChannelAdvisor provides channel-management services to online and eBay sellers.
Ralph Kasuba will guide the company's product development and corporate growth, managing and coordinating activities between the various development teams. Prior to joining ChannelAdvisor, Ralph was the Vice President of Operations at CBS Marketwatch, a subsidiary of Dow Jones & Company, where he was responsible for all global technology operations including management functions for the technical data centers located throughout the United States. Prior to joining CBS Marketwatch, Ralph was the Director of Information Technology at Broadcom Corporation. He has also held executive level positions at Rockwell Electronic Commerce and Charles Industries.
In addition, ChannelAdvisor is making changes to its management team. Jennifer Gibson, formerly Chief Financial Officer, has been named General Manager of International. Replacing Gibson will be Gordon Cervenka, formerly Vice President of Services. In his new role as Chief Financial Officer, he will lead worldwide financial operations and corporate planning as well as human resources.
Michael Jones, Chief Operating Officer, currently oversees the daily operations of ChannelAdvisor's US business including product management, customer service, and marketing. Jones will be expanding his role to include sales and services.
