Truition Inc. and L'Tur announced the official launch of the L'Tur Last Minute online auction platform, the first of its kind to be implemented by a German-based travel provider, according to the companies. Approximately 1000 last minute travel packages will be auctioned every month on L’Tur Auction, each with a starting bid of 1 Euro. Travel packages offered on the site include hotel, flights, and combined packages with departure times between 24 hours and 4 weeks.
The site was developed using Truition's CMS (Commerce Management System) ecommerce platform. Truition CMS includes CMS Auction, an enterprise level online auction solution that allows well known brands like L'Tur to develop their own private online auction destinations.
