eBay will hold an online, audio Town Hall meeting with Bill Cobb, President of eBay North America on March 31 from 5:30–6:30pm PST. Bill will be answering questions from a live panel of members who will be in San Jose for Voices, one of eBay's member input programs (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y04/m06/i21/s02). He'll also take user questions submitted before and during the event. Audio from the session will be broadcast using Windows Media Player.

In February, Cobb posted a letter on eBay's Announcement Board to address users' concerns over fee increases. In the letter, he promised improved customer service. Cobb assumed the role of President eBay North America in December and was formerly Senior Vice President of eBay International.
