eBay will hold an online, audio Town Hall meeting with Bill Cobb, President of eBay North America on March 31 from 5:30–6:30pm PST. Bill will be answering questions from a live panel of members who will be in San Jose for Voices, one of eBay's member input programs (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y04/m06/i21/s02). He'll also take user questions submitted before and during the event. Audio from the session will be broadcast using Windows Media Player.
In February, Cobb posted a letter on eBay's Announcement Board to address users' concerns over fee increases. In the letter, he promised improved customer service.
