Bill Cobb wrote a personal post to announce the promotion and referred to the nearly 3-hour outage that occurred on May 9. "I know this doesn't make up for the disruption the outage caused, but I wanted to thank you for your patience and support last week," Cobb posted. He added, "Since last week I've gotten several offers to buy emergency generators - thanks everyone, but we're all set."
