eBay announced it would expand the PayPal Seller Protection Policy to international transactions in mid-June to cover US, UK and Canada sellers who ship to confirmed addresses in the US, UK and Canada. To increase the number of items that qualify for the program, PayPal will expand the methods it uses to confirm a buyer's address. (Online proof of delivery remains a requirement for coverage.) eBay will host an online community workshop on Tuesday, May 31st at 3pm PDT to discuss the new changes to the program.
