Ableauctions.com Inc. and Overstock.com will jointly launch a reseller marketplace for wholesale merchandise. Independent sellers can list bulk inventory on the site, and Ableauctions' wholly-owned subsidiary, Unlimited Closeouts Inc., will serve as exclusive external wholesale volume seller for Overstock.com Auctions during the 6-month pilot program.
Ableauctions developed the online bidding platform, branded "Overstockunlimitedcloseouts.com." The Overstock Auctions website links to the site. Overstock is an online "closeout" retailer offering discount, brand-name merchandise for sale over the Internet. It launched its online-auction last year.
Ableauctions.com Inc. is a high-tech liquidator that operates iCollector.com, Naalive.com, Unlimited Closeouts.com and iTrustee.com. It broadcasts business and industrial auctions over the Internet for auctioneers and members of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and art, antique and collectible auctions for numerous galleries and auction houses around the world through eBay Live Auctions.
