eBay is providing information about shipping costs for sellers in the Sell Your Item form for certain items. Sellers listing an item with Pre-Filled Item Information will be able to see the average and range of shipping costs that other sellers used for that item over the past few weeks. eBay said the information can serve as a reference point to help sellers determine what they should charge for shipping.
