Infopia has released a Live Auction edition of its award winning Marketplace Manager product for high volume sellers on eBay. The product builds on years of meeting the needs of eBay sellers, and adds the specific functionality and workflow required by a live auction business.
"eBay Live Auctions is a rapidly growing market, yet the selection of software to support the operations within this space is limited," said Bjorn Espenes, CEO at Infopia. "This product is yet another example of how Infopia is able to respond to the needs of the seller market by leveraging the strength of a flexible, software-as-a-service business model."
Marketplace Manager Live Auction Edition offers features designed to increase both traffic and conversion of their eBay Live Auction listings. Absentee bidding on the company's website allows buyers to preview upcoming sales, arranged in the same way as on eBay, and manage bids before the official listing begins. After bidding closes the seller can highlight its recent sales using new archive features. And because Infopia has already integrated with the newest version of eBay's SOAP API, they are utilizing the current live auction feature set and poised to take advantage of new features as they become available.
