Marketworks – the Atlanta-based, leading provider of online sales management solutions – today announced that eBay, The World’s Online Marketplace, has recognized it with a special achievement award for its positive impact on the eBay community. The award was presented Tuesday, June 21 at eBay’s annual Developers Conference in San Jose, Calif.

“We are especially excited to win this award because it recognizes the contribution of everyone in our company in helping eBay sellers sell more efficiently”, said Paul Lundy, chief marketing officer of Marketworks. “It takes a highly efficient platform and a total team effort to list and manage the enormous number of eBay listings that Marketworks does each and every day.”

“Marketworks drives the largest percentage of listing volume of all eBay third party developers,” said Greg Isaacs, director of eBay’s Developers Program. “Marketworks has been a member of the eBay Developers Program and an eBay Certified Provider for several years now, and has consistently delivered practical solutions for eBay buyers and sellers. We’re happy to recognize Marketworks with an eBay Star Developer Award for Outstanding Achievement in Listing Volume.

Marketworks began as a listing management company in 1999, earning a reputation as the solution of choice for high volume eBay sellers. Today the company provides technology and services that enable online businesses to sell to hundreds of millions of shoppers across multiple channels from a single solution.

“Before switching to Marketworks, I struggled to maintain PowerSeller status for my eBay business,” reported veteran eBay seller Kelly Bloom. “My business has quintupled in annual revenue and order sizes have increased by 40 percent,” Bloom stated.

About Marketworks:

As eBay’s first US Certified Solution Provider, and with an international presence in six countries, Marketworks is committed to driving customers’ sales and profits by eliminating operational, channel and geographic barriers associated with selling online.
